Making the most of cutting-edge technology
The digital Procurement Platform is based on the latest web and cloud applications. It is a modern management application developed by Netcompany-Intrasoft in partnership with Alpha Bank, and offered through Oracle.
As a safeguard, access rights are granted through the Alpha Bank Identity Management (IdM) system. In addition, the platform offers:
- Access to suppliers through username and password.
- SSO (single sign-on) system for all Alpha Bank users.
Streamlining the procurement process
Using the new Procurement Platform, we standardise all our individual procurement processes:
- Assessing potential suppliers
- Commencing partnerships and negotiations
- Entering into agreements
- Managing and sending awards
This way we cut down on the times needed to complete the procurements, but also avoid errors and omissions due to the human factor.
Ensuring transparency
The new Procurement Platform offers the possibility of tracking and controlling the entire procurement cycle, from start to finish.
It is also a source of information about suppliers. It provides details that are considered assessment criteria, such as:
- Certifications
- Financial performance
- Risk and cybersecurity
- Compliance and ESG
The platform is fully aligned with our Procurement Policy and Cost Control Framework. It can also be interlinked to other platforms we already use:
- SAP – For managing operational processes
- CCF – For automatically entering cost approvals
