The role of the Committees
Aiming at effective governance, we establish permanent or ad hoc Committees to assist the Board of Directors in performing its duties, facilitate our operations and support the decision-making.The Committees are composed of Board Members (Board Committees) or Members of the Management (Executive Committee).
